whoever told you that ratting balls of hair and then combing over them was cute, hates you. It's ugly and you are a disgrace to this state! STOP DOING IT!!!
I'm going to have to take that personally. I LOVE ratting my hair. Although, it isn't as bad as some I've seen. Ha ha! It's funny to hear a male opinion of the ratting.
